Site Term. Unless earlier terminated, the term of the Lease Supplement with respect to each Site shall consist of (a) an interim period (the "Interim Term") commencing on and including the Site Acquisition Date for such Site and ending on but not including the earlier of (i) the Completion Date for such Site or (ii) such Site becoming subject to this Lease pursuant to Section 5.1 of the Construction Agency Agreement, (b) a base term (the "Base Term") commencing on and including the last day of the Interim Term for such Site (such day, the "Base Term Commencement Date") and ending on but not including the fifth anniversary of the First Document Closing Date, and (c) if exercised and approved pursuant to each of the terms and conditions of Section 2.14 of the Participation Agreement, each Lease Renewal Term (the Interim Term, the Base Term and the Lease Renewal Terms, if any, with respect to a Site collectively the "Site Term").

Site Term. The term of the Site Lease Supplement with respect to each Site (the "Site Term") shall begin on the Site Acquisition Date for such Site and shall end on the date (such date, the "Site Expiration Date") which is the earlier of (i) the day preceding the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Site Acquisition Date, or, if the Site Term is renewed in accordance with Article XXI hereof, the day preceding the anniversary date, requested by Lessee pursuant to Section 21.1, of the Site Renewal Effective Date, (ii) the date on which such Site Lease Supplement is terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Lease or (iii) the Maturity Date.
Site Term. The initial term for a Site (the “Site Initial Term”) commences on the Billing Date for such Site and continues thereafter for the period of time set forth in the Agreement. After the Site Initial Term, the Site Term shall automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month renewal terms (the “Site Renewal Term(s)”) on each anniversary of the applicable Billing Date. The Site Initial Term and Site Renewal Terms are collectively called the “Site Term”. There is no automatic renewal clause for the Enterprise Compliance Management Services. The Parties may agree to subsequent Renewal Terms for the Agreement where additional Fees and Charges will apply.
Site Term. The Corporation leases to the District and the District leases from the Corporation, certain real property (the “Site”), which is located in the County of Xxxxx, State of California, and is described more fully in Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. The Lease Agreement is for a term commencing on the Delivery Date, as set forth therein, and shall terminate on December 15, 2030, unless such term is extended or sooner terminated as provided therein.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Construction Period During the construction period, Redeveloper agrees to keep the construction area, including completed operations insured against loss or damage by fire, and such other risks, casualties, and hazards as are customarily covered by builders’ risk or extended coverage policies in an amount not less than the replacement value but allowing for reasonable coinsurance clauses and deductibles. In the event of any insured damage or destruction, Redeveloper agrees to use its good faith efforts to commence restoration of the Private Improvements to its prior condition within nine (9) months from the date of the damage or destruction, and shall diligently pursue the same to completion.

  • Service Commencement Date The date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service pursuant to the terms of an executed Service Agreement, or the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service in accordance with Section 15.3 or Section 29.1 under the Tariff.

  • License Term The license term shall commence upon the License Effective Date, provided, however, that where an acceptance or trial period applies to the Product, the License Term shall be extended by the time period for testing, acceptance or trial.

  • Construction Phase Fee Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee is the maximum amount payable to Contractor for any cost or profit expectation incurred in the performance of the Work that is not specifically identified as being eligible for reimbursement by Owner elsewhere in this Agreement. References in the UGSC to Contractor’s “overhead” and “profit” mean Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee. The Construction Phase Fee includes, but is not limited to, the following items:

  • Project Completion Date It is agreed between the Parties that the Project Completion Date is <END DATE, YEAR>. If the Project is not completed by such date then, subject to an amendment agreed to between the Parties, Alberta Innovates may elect to terminate this Investment Agreement. In such event, Alberta Innovates will notify the Applicant of its decision to terminate as soon as reasonably practical and shall advise the Applicant of the effective date of termination. Alberta Innovates will have no liability or obligation to reimburse the Applicant for any Project Costs incurred after the effective date of termination and may require the Applicant to return any portions of the Investment which were spent on Ineligible Expenses. Additionally, any portion of the Investment not used and accounted for in accordance with this Agreement as of the Project Completion Date or earlier termination is repayable by the Applicant to AI at AI’s request.

  • Lease Commencement Date The earlier to occur of (i) the date upon which Tenant first commences to conduct business in the Premises, and (ii) sixty (60) days following the date of delivery of the Premises from Landlord to Tenant, which delivery date is anticipated to be May 1, 2002, as such date may be adjusted pursuant to the Tenant Work Letter attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Initial Contract Term The Initial Contract Term shall be for two years. The Initial Contract Term shall begin on October 1, 2021, or on the last date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later. The Contract shall expire on October 1, 2023, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Special Contract Conditions or Additional Special Contract Conditions.

  • Insurance Term The Consultant shall procure and maintain for the duration of this Agreement, insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damage to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the work hereunder by the Consultant, its agents, representatives, or employees.

  • Inspection Period Buyer shall be under no obligation to purchase the Property or otherwise perform under this Agreement unless Buyer determines the Property to be, in all respects, suitable for its intended purposes. The decision as to whether the Property is suitable for its intended purposes shall be the sole decision of Buyer, determined in the absolute discretion of Buyer, with Buyer’s decision being final and binding upon both Parties. Buyer shall have until , 20 , at : ☐ AM ☐ PM to notify Seller of its termination of this Agreement due to Buyer's determination that the Property is unsuitable for its intended purpose ("Inspection Period"). In the event Buyer elects to terminate this Agreement, Buyer shall provide written notice of termination to Seller prior to the expiration of the Inspection Period. In the event Buyer provides said notice of termination, Seller and any Escrow Agent shall be obligated to return the Escrow Money to the Buyer as provided in Section V hereof, and neither party shall have any further rights or obligations under this Agreement. In the event Buyer does not submit written notice of termination prior to the expiration of the Inspection Period, the Buyer shall be deemed to be satisfied with its inspections of the Property and this contingency shall be deemed to be fulfilled. The Seller, at no expense, shall fully cooperate with Buyer in obtaining any and all approvals required from any Federal, State, or Local Government ("Governmental Approvals") necessary for Buyer to satisfy their needs during the Inspection Period for the suitability of the Property. Said Governmental Approvals shall be obtained during the Inspection Period unless the Parties agree otherwise. Any additional agreements related to this Section must be done in writing and attached to this Agreement.
