Site Reports Clause Samples
The 'Site Reports' clause requires the preparation and submission of regular reports detailing the status, progress, and any issues encountered at a project site. Typically, these reports may include updates on work completed, safety incidents, delays, or resource usage, and are submitted to the project owner or manager at specified intervals. This clause ensures that all stakeholders are kept informed about site activities, promoting transparency and enabling timely responses to any problems that arise during the course of the project.
Site Reports. Owner shall furnish any site reports in Owner’s possession that describe any known or expected physical characteristics for the Worksite.
Site Reports. Each Contractor resource that is on-site for project activities with City will provide a site-report and post to the Contractor SharePoint site. All site reports will contain meeting notes, issues, and documentation of any decisions during the visit. Site reports will be completed within one week for each visit. C.6.1 Requirements/Notes
Site Reports. Engineer shall provide site reports upon completion of the site investigations to the City prior to payment. The site reports will include a sketch of the general location, physical characteristics and diameters of the proposed monitoring locations, manhole depths, flow measurements, and other comments pertinent to the location such as any special traffic or safety issues. Final site locations shall be approved by the City, prior to equipment installation.
Site Reports. Upon completion of the investigations, the ADS field crew will complete a site report for each location. The site reports will include a sketch of the general location, physical characteristics and diameters of the proposed monitoring locations, manhole depths, flow measurements, and other comments pertinent to the location such as any special traffic or safety issues. As requested, ADS will also indicate the location, and note how far upstream or downstream the meter is located from manhole.
Site Reports. 10.1 Project Co shall keep accurate daily records of material construction site progress and resource information that demonstrates alignment with or variance from the resourcing assumptions in the Construction Schedule, as well as information related to downtime and weather, and any other relevant information and all material daily circumstances encountered on every work site where Project Work activities occur (the “Site Reports”).
(a) Project Co shall submit to the City 60 days after Effective Date the proposed format and content headings for the Site Reports.
(b) Each Site Report shall be in the accepted format and include all information reasonably requested by the City.
(c) Project Co shall summarize all Site Report information into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that allows for efficient graphical representation and comparison between the monthly planned versus actual resources. Project Co shall submit this spreadsheet (in .xml format) to the City by the 10th day of each month, along with complete copies of all Site Reports from the previous month.
