Common use of Site Preparation Clause in Contracts

Site Preparation. Subscriber shall be responsible for necessary preparations at its location(s) for delivery and installation of Equipment and the installation and ongoing provision of Services, including the relocation of Subscriber's equipment, furniture, and furnishings as necessary to access the Equipment or Services. Broadvoice reserves the right to cancel an installation if Subscriber’s preparations are not complete, or Subscriber’s site information provided is not accurate.
