Common use of Site Preparation Clause in Contracts

Site Preparation. Vendor shall not begin a project for which Participating Member has not prepared the site, unless Vendor does the preparation work at no cost, or until Participating Member includes the cost of site preparation in a purchase order to the contractor. Site preparation includes, but is not limited to moving furniture, moving equipment or obstructions to the work area, installation of wiring for networks or any other necessary pre-installation requirements.
