The Site Modifications clause defines the procedures and conditions under which changes can be made to the physical site or project location during the course of a contract. Typically, this clause outlines who has the authority to request or approve modifications, the process for documenting and communicating changes, and any requirements for adjusting the project schedule or costs as a result. For example, if unforeseen ground conditions require altering the site layout, this clause would govern how such changes are handled. Site Modifications. Google acknowledges that Customer may update the design and content of the Sites in a manner consistent with its obligations contained herein; provided that Customer agrees that (a) it shall keep Google informed of all planned material changes to such Sites; and (b) no changes may be made to the look and feel, dimension and/or placement of the WebSearch Results without obtaining the prior written consent of Google. For the avoidance of doubt, Google may, and the foregoing will in no event limit Google’s ability to, require changes to the look and feel, content or targeting methodology of any such Results provided herein.

Site Modifications. Google will have an initial approval right prior to Customer’s commercial launch with respect to Customer’s implementation of the Google Services under this Rider. For the avoidance of doubt, Google may, and the foregoing will in no event limit Google’s ability to require changes to the look and feel or content of any such Results or Ads provided herein pursuant to Section 12 (Updates).
Site Modifications. Google acknowledges that Yahoo! may update the design, features, functionality, operation and content of the Yahoo! Properties (and the Yahoo! Partners may update the design, features, functionality, operation and content of Yahoo! Partner Properties); including without limitation, any Results Page; provided that Yahoo! agrees that no changes may be made to Ads or the Properties that are not in accordance with this Agreement.

WELL HYDRATION may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Services (including, but not limited to, the release of new tools, services and resources). Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
