Common use of SITE INSPECTION Clause in Contracts

SITE INSPECTION. The Department reserves the right, upon reasonable notice, to inspect the Work site and any structures or other improvements thereon to determine whether the Work site meets the requirements of Program and this Agreement. If the Department reasonably determines that the site is not acceptable for the proposed Work in accordance with the Guidelines, the Department reserves the right to cancel its funding commitment and this Agreement.
