SITE INSPECTION. Consultant represents that Consultant has visited the Project location and is satisfied as to the general condition thereof and that the Consultant’s compensation as provided for in the Agreement is just and reasonable compensation for performance hereunder including reasonably foreseen and foreseeable risks, hazards and difficulties in connection therewith based on such above-ground observations.
