Site Conditions. The Construction Administrator will evaluate the budget and schedule impact of known soils, subsurface geology, groundwater, unsuitable material, rocks, topsoil re-use, milled pavement, and associated site elements. In addition, the Construction Administrator will evaluate the impact of any easements, site restrictions, and the possible removal or relocation of existing equipment or buildings.
