The 'Site Concrete' clause defines the requirements and standards for all concrete work performed on a construction site. Site Concrete. 2.7.1 Site concrete will consist of those items shown on the drawings. 2.7.2 Sidewalk(s) will be provided as indicated on the drawings and will be 4" thick. 2.7.3 All sidewalks abutting paving will have a 6" raised face. 2.7.4 The concrete mix will be designed to accomplish a strength of 3500 PSI at a 28 day test and will include air entrainment. 2.7.5 Drive approach area(s) will be completed as shown and will be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the governing agencies having jurisdiction. 2.7.6 All exterior flat slabs will be steel troweled and then finished with a broom finish.
Site Concrete. The following assumptions further define the scope of work and value as indicated in the documents listed below.
Site Concrete. Concrete slabs at the dining area patio are included as shown on the base building Site Plan. Patio concrete will be air entrained 4,000 psi compressive strength (average in 28 days). Concrete shall be standard grey color.
