Site Cleanup. Contractor shall clean up and remove all debris and rubbish resulting from their work as required or directed. Upon completion of the work, the premises shall be left in good repair and an orderly, neat, clean, safe and unobstructed condition.

Site Cleanup. PYRO SHOWS shall be responsible for basic cleanup of the launch area to include policing of the fallout zone for any unexploded ordnance and removal of all large paper debris, wood, wire, foil, racks, mortars and firing equipment used in the setup for the show. Customer shall be responsible for cleanup of debris located in and around fallout zone.
Site Cleanup. If, in the future, a site cleanup is necessary, it will be at the expense of the Buyer.
Site Cleanup. All trash, debris, and waste materials shall be removed from the site and disposed of by the Contractor at a licensed waste disposal or recycling facility, on a regular basis. Promptly upon the completion of the construction work, all scrap, trash, waste materials, and debris resulting from the Work shall be removed from the site. All Contractor-owned facilities, materials, and construction plant shall be removed from the site. The Contractor shall thoroughly clean the site, removing all accumulations of dirt, dust, waste, oil, grease, and other foreign substances. At the completion of the Work, all lawn and rock areas shall be clean and smooth. Debris shall be picked up by hand, if necessary, to accomplish said cleanup. If any materials require special disposal methods pursuant to law or regulation, Contractor shall maintain all documentation which proves compliance and shall provide that documentation to LES upon request.
Site Cleanup. 2.8.1 Design-Build Subcontractor shall at all times keep the Site reasonably free from debris, trash and construction wastes resulting from the performance of the Work. Upon Substantial Completion of the Work, or a portion of the Work, Design-Build Subcontractor shall remove all debris, trash, construction wastes, materials, equipment, machinery and tools arising from the Work or applicable portions thereof to permit Owner to occupy the Project or a portion of the Project for its intended use.

Site Cleanup. Foothill Transit will ensure that its contractor shall, at the end of each workday, clean the job site and store all equipment and material in a neat and orderly manner; that the contractor shall remove all waste generated by the contractor from the site on a timely basis; and that at the completion of the Project, the contractor shall clear and clean the job site of all materials and waste resulting from its work within 48 hours of final acceptance of the Project facility(ies) by Foothill Transit.

Site Cleanup. Client will ensure that the Site is free of debris upon the close of each Market Day. Client will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the pavement at the Site is not stained or damaged by Market operations, including through limiting product offerings and arranging with Licensor for steam or other cleaning as needed. Client will encourage recycling by Market vendors and customers.
Site Cleanup. Tenant shall provide to State financial assurance sufficient to ensure that, upon termination or abandonment of this Lease, the Lease area is restored to their original condition, to the satisfaction of State. The financial assurance amount shall be calculated based on an analysis of the physical activities and materials necessary to restore the site; the unit costs or costs for third party contracting, for each of the identified activities as applicable; the number of units of these activities; and a contingency amount not to exceed ten (10) percent of the restoration costs. Financial assurances may take the form of surety bonds executed by an admitted surety insurer, as defined in subdivision (a) of Section 995.120 of the Code of Civil Procedure, irrevocable letters of credit, trust funds, or other forms of financial assurances specified by the State which it reasonably determines to be adequate to perform restoration of the site. Personal surety bonds cannot provide financial assurance under this requirement. The financial assurance shall be payable to the State and shall remain in effect throughout the duration of the tenancy under the Lease, and until the Lease area are restored or until replaced by an equivalent financial assurance. The financial assurance shall be applied by the State to restore the Lease area to their original condition as required whenever the Tenant fails or refuses to accomplish such restoration, and to reimburse the State for all its costs of achieving such restoration. Any assets remaining from the financial assurance after all costs to the State, including administrative costs to secure the funds and to restore the site to its original condition have been reimbursed therefrom, shall be returned to the Tenant.
Site Cleanup. During the construction period, Builder shall keep the site free of loose trash and waste. Builders shall set-up and utilize a designated fenced or enclosed trash area during all phases of construction.
