SITE-BASED DECISION MAKING. A. The Board and the Association, in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of education, agree to establish a process for involving employees in decision making at the work site. Such a process (referred to herein as "site based decision making") is intended to reduce employee isolation, to xxxxxx communication among employees and between employees and administrators, to promote cooperative problem identification and problem solving, and to provide education employees with an expanded role in making school or program-level decisions.
