Common use of Site Agreement Clause in Contracts

Site Agreement. Prior to commencing work on a project that will require employees to live out of town, the Employer and the Union shall meet to determine whether a Project Site Agreement is necessary. The Union and Employer shall, in writing, identify any amendments or enhancements to the provisions herein that pertain to hours of work, including daily overtime thresholds, travel pay, daily food allowance, and accommodation. A Project Site Agreement shall be unique to the project for which those terms have been negotiated.
