Common use of Sinks Clause in Contracts

Sinks. All stalls handling, preparing or cooking food are to be provided with a sink for food preparation and a double bowl sink or trough for conducting cleaning and sanitising of food preparation utensils and equipment. The double bowl sink or trough must be large enough to wash the largest food utensil, pot or pan.
