Singular and Plural, etc. Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, words importing only the singular number include the plural and vice versa and words importing gender include all genders. References to “Sections”, “subsections” or “subparagraphs” are to the appropriate section, subsection or subparagraph of this Agreement. References to any agreement or instrument, including this Agreement, are deemed to be references to the agreement or instrument as varied, amended, modified, supplemented or replaced from time to time, references herein to “including” shall mean “including, without limitation”, and any specific references herein to any legislation or enactment are deemed to be references to such legislation or enactment as the same may be amended or replaced from time to time.
