Singular and Plural, etc. The words “Landlord” and “Tenant”, as used herein, shall include the plural as well as the singular. Words used in the masculine gender include the feminine and neuter. If there be more than one Landlord or Tenant the obligations hereunder imposed upon Landlord and Tenant shall be joint and several.
