Single Tandem LATAs. Where VERIZON has a single Tandem in a LATA, IntraLATA Toll, and/or Local Traffic may be segregated on separate interconnection trunk groups, or combined on a single interconnection trunk group, as specified in Section 2.4.1, for calls destined to or from all end offices and NXX’s which subtend VERIZON’s tandem. This trunk group shall be two-way, unless the Parties mutually agree to one-way, and will utilize Signaling System 7 (SS7) signaling, where available.
