Single Property Sample Clauses

The Single Property clause defines that the agreement or contract pertains exclusively to one specific property, rather than multiple properties or a portfolio. In practice, this means all terms, obligations, and rights outlined in the contract are limited to the identified property, such as a particular parcel of real estate or a single asset. This clause ensures clarity by preventing ambiguity about the scope of the agreement, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over which property is covered.
