Single Productions Clause Samples
The 'Single Productions' clause defines the conditions under which a party is obligated to deliver or perform only one specific production or output under the agreement. In practice, this clause clarifies that the contract covers a single event, product, or deliverable, rather than a series or ongoing obligation. For example, it might apply to the creation of a single film, a one-time manufacturing run, or a unique software deployment. Its core function is to limit the scope of the agreement to a single production, thereby preventing misunderstandings about recurring obligations and ensuring both parties are clear on the extent of their commitments.
