SINGLE PERFORMANCE. (a) In the event the EMPLOYER contemplates engaging Dancers on a single performance basis, the EMPLOYER shall notify AGMA that he intends to engage such ARTISTS on a single performance basis, whereupon AGMA and the EMPLOYER agree to the negotiated minimum terms and conditions stated below.
