Common use of SINGLE PERFORMANCE Clause in Contracts

SINGLE PERFORMANCE. (a) In the event the EMPLOYER contemplates engaging Dancers on a single performance basis, the EMPLOYER shall notify AGMA that he intends to engage such ARTISTS on a single performance basis, whereupon AGMA and the EMPLOYER agree to the negotiated minimum terms and conditions stated below.

SINGLE PERFORMANCE. (a) In the event the EMPLOYER contemplates engaging Dancers ARTISTS on a single performance basis, the EMPLOYER shall notify AGMA that he intends to engage such ARTISTS on a single performance basis, whereupon AGMA and the EMPLOYER agree to the negotiated minimum terms and conditions stated below.

(a) In the event the EMPLOYER contemplates engaging Dancers Dancers, Narrators, Singers, Choreographers, Stage Managers, Stage Directors or their Assistants on a single performance basis, the EMPLOYER shall notify AGMA that he he/she intends to engage such ARTISTS on a single performance basis, whereupon AGMA and the EMPLOYER agree to the negotiated minimum terms and conditions stated below.
