Single Pass Testing Clause Samples

The Single Pass Testing clause establishes that a product, system, or component will undergo only one round of formal testing to determine if it meets the specified requirements. In practice, this means that after the initial test is conducted, the results are considered final, and no additional retesting or corrective testing will be performed unless otherwise agreed. This clause is typically used to streamline the acceptance process, reduce delays, and allocate responsibility for quality assurance to the party providing the deliverable, ensuring that products are ready for evaluation the first time they are tested.
