Single Medical Coverage Sample Clauses

The Single Medical Coverage clause defines the provision of health insurance benefits to an individual employee, rather than extending coverage to dependents or family members. In practice, this means the employer will pay for or provide a health insurance plan that covers only the employee, excluding spouses or children from the policy. This clause helps employers control costs and clarifies the extent of benefits provided, ensuring both parties understand that only individual coverage is included under the agreement.
