Simulcast. In the event of a simulcast being carried out under this Agreement, it is agreed that both parties shall meet to determine conditions for simulcasts. Nothing, however, shall prevent the simulcast from taking place.

Simulcast. Grantor and Grantee agree that the Local Origination Channel in SD and the Local Origination Channel in HD will be simulcast. This means the same video content will air simultaneously on both the SD and HD Channel. Any costs associated with the delivery of the Local Origination Channel in HD format, including transmission equipment (HD modulators and demodulators, encoder and decoder equipment, multiplex equipment, and necessary upgrades to video return lines) shall be borne by Grantor, and may be paid for out of PEG funds received by Grantor. Grantor is responsible for acquiring all equipment necessary to produce programming in HD.
Simulcast. Subject at all times to each Program’s License Term and the Content Protection Requirements and Obligations in Schedule D, Licensee may simulstream (i.e., transmit for simultaneous, linear, real-time, non-interactive viewing) the exhibition of the Program in SD resolution (only) on the applicable Licensee Website (e.g., the TNT Site if the Program’s television exhibition is on the “TNT” Licensed Service), solely in the Territory in the licensed Language and to authenticated subscribers of the applicable linear Licensed Service, and delivered solely (i) via the Internet to a Personal Computer, Tablet and/or Mobile Phone; and/or (ii) via an Approved Mobile Network to a Tablet and/or Mobile Phone (the foregoing rights, “Simulstream Rights”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Simulstream Rights granted herein are non-exclusive, only apply with respect to the Programs licensed hereunder and shall in no event apply to any other Program licensed to Licensee from Licensor. Licensee shall neither charge nor receive any incremental fee for access to such simulstream of any Licensed Service.
Simulcast. A performer engaged for a simulcast shall be entitled to the payment of a premium of thirty-five of the basic minimum rate for which would otherwise be paid if there were no radio simultaneous broadcast. Where any member of a singing or dancing group is requested to give additional services, the following minimum rates shall apply:

VOD catch-up In this context, VOD (Video On Demand) refers to an arrangement whereby the Film is made available to the general public at an individually chosen location and time in a streamed format and not for download. VOD catch-up refers to an unlimited, non-exclusive VOD usage via the TV Broadcaster's digital platforms, regardless of the way in which these are accessed by the user, and regardless of whether this usage is free or subscription-based. VOD catch-up must be established immediately after the end of a TV transmission and must end no later than one week after the start of the TV transmission. Majority control Majority control refers to a situation in which more than 25% of the production company is owned by a single TV broadcaster (50% if the ownership involves several TV broadcasters), or where more than 90% of the production company's earnings over a 3-year period derive from production agreements made with a single TV Broadcaster. Given the limited size of the Danish market, DFI may grant a dispensation, upon request, from the stipulated earnings limits. Other provisions:

  • Tickets Each Ticket represents a limited, revocable license to enter the Venue to attend the specific Event listed on the applicable Ticket. No person, except for attendees under the age of three, may enter the Venue without a Ticket, and re-entry is prohibited. Failure to comply with this Agreement shall result in forfeiture of this license and all rights arising hereunder without refund or credit and shall entitle KSE to pursue all legal remedies available.
