Similar Research. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit the freedom of the University or of its researchers who are not participants under this Agreement, from engaging in similar research made under other grants, contracts or agreements with parties other than the Sponsor.
Similar Research. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit the freedom of TU, COMPANY, or their respective research staff members who participate in the Joint Research under this Agreement from engaging in similar research made under other grants, contracts, or research agreements with parties other than the other party.
