Similar Application definition

Similar Application means a software program having substantially similar functionality to Q-Flow or Quetzal SC.

  • Transfer Application means an application and agreement for transfer of Units in the form set forth on the back of a Certificate or in a form substantially to the same effect in a separate instrument.
