Common use of Signing Authority Clause in Contracts

Signing Authority. Subject to any restrictions on such authority imposed by the Board or the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, each Officer shall have the authority to sign on behalf of the Company any deeds, mortgages, leases, bonds, notes, certificates, contracts or other instruments, except in cases where the execution thereof shall be expressly delegated by the Board or by this Agreement to the Sole Member or some other Officer or agent of the Company or shall be required by law to be otherwise executed.
