Significant Suppliers. Set forth on SCHEDULE 2.12 is a true and correct list of the Company's ten largest suppliers for the most recent twelve (12) month period ending December 31, 1997, and most recent seven (7) month period ending July 31, 1998 together with the amount attributable to such suppliers expressed in dollars and as a percentage of total supplies purchased. None of the suppliers identified on SCHEDULE 2.12 has terminated, materially reduced or threatened to terminate or materially reduce its supply of products or services to the Company during the period covered by such schedule.

Set forth on SCHEDULE 2.11 is a true and correct list of the Seller's ten largest suppliers for the most recent twelve (12) month period ending December 31, 1997, and for the eight (8) month period ending August 31, 1998, together with the amount of services attributable to such suppliers expressed in dollars and as a percentage of total purchases. None of the suppliers identified on SCHEDULE 2.11 has terminated, materially reduced or threatened to terminate or materially reduce its supplies to the Seller during the period covered by such schedule.
Significant Suppliers. Schedule 3.23 lists the ten (10) largest suppliers (by dollar-value of total purchases) of the Business for the twelve (12)-month period ended November 24, 2013 (the “Material Suppliers”). Neither Seller nor any of its Subsidiaries has received written notice that any Material Supplier has terminated or intends to terminate its business relationship with, or materially decrease the amount of business it does with, Seller and its Subsidiaries with respect to the Business.
Significant Suppliers. Except as set out in Section 3.1.41 of the OncoGenex Disclosure Schedule, none of the suppliers of OncoGenex or any of its Subsidiaries is a sole supplier and the products and services provided by each such supplier are available from other suppliers.

No supplier which was significant to the Company during the period covered by the Financial Statements or which has been significant to the Company thereafter, has terminated, materially reduced or threatened orally within the year prior to Closing, to Senior Management, or in writing to terminate or materially reduce its provision of products or services to the Company.

Significant Suppliers. Section 4.22 of the Company Disclosure Letter sets forth an accurate and complete list of each supplier of goods or services to the Company who, for the year ended December 31, 2015, was one of the ten (10) largest suppliers for the Company, based on amounts paid or payable for such period (each, a “Significant Supplier”). As of the Effective Date, the Company has not received any written notice from any Significant Supplier that such supplier intends to terminate or materially modify existing Contracts with the Company.
