Facsimile Where any Notice is provided or submitted to a Party via facsimile, an original of the Notice sent via facsimile shall promptly be sent by regular mail. For greater certainty, a notice given via facsimile shall not be invalid by reason only of a Party’s failure to comply with this Section 11.2.
Email You acknowledge that we are able to send electronic mail to you and receive electronic mail from you. Copies and Facsimiles This Agreement and all documents which relate thereto, which have been or may be hereinafter furnished the Lender may be reproduced by the Lender by any photographic, microfilm, xerographic, digital imaging, or other process, and the Lender may destroy any document so reproduced. Any such reproduction shall be admissible in evidence as the original itself in any judicial or administrative proceeding (whether or not the original is in existence and whether or not such reproduction was made in the regular course of business). Any facsimile which bears proof of transmission shall be binding on the party which or on whose behalf such transmission was initiated and likewise shall be so admissible in evidence as if the original of such facsimile had been delivered to the party which or on whose behalf such transmission was received.
COUNTERPARTS; FACSIMILE AND SIGNATURES This Settlement Agreement may be executed in counterparts and by facsimile or pdf signature, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which, when taken together, shall constitute one and the same document.
Counterparts; Facsimile This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which taken together shall constitute one single agreement between the Parties. This Amendment may also be executed and delivered by facsimile or email with confirmation of delivery and/or receipt.

Counterparts and Facsimile Execution This Agreement may be executed in two counterparts, all of which shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when one or more counterparts have been signed by each of the parties and delivered (by facsimile or otherwise) to the other party, it being understood that all parties need not sign the same counterpart. Any counterpart or other signature hereupon delivered by facsimile shall be deemed for all purposes as constituting good and valid execution and delivery of this Agreement by the party delivering it.
