SIGNATURE OF BORROWER. The Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Cashier, or Assistant Cashier of Borrower shall from time to time certify to the Bank on forms provided by the Bank the names and specimen signatures of the persons authorized to apply on behalf of Borrower to the Bank for Advances and otherwise act for and on behalf of Borrower in accordance with this Agreement. Such certifications are incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement and shall continue in effect until expressly revoked by Borrower, notwithstanding that subsequent certifications may authorize additional or different persons to act for and on behalf of Borrower.
