Signature Fee. Within [***] of the execution of this Agreement, Corvus shall pay to Vernalis a [***] signature fee of one million USD ($1,000,000).
Signature Fee. A signature fee for the execution of this Agreement is payable in two installments as follows:
Signature Fee. In consideration of the licence granted to Licensee pursuant to Clause 4.1 hereof, Licensee shall pay Lonza a one-time fee of £250,000 (two hundred fifty thousand pounds) within [*] days of the Effective Date of this Agreement.
Signature Fee. US$50,000 upon the Effective Date of this Agreement; and
Signature Fee. No later than ten (10) days after the Execution Date, X4 shall pay Genzyme an upfront amount equal to [***]. Such payment shall be nonrefundable (including in the case that this Agreement would not enter into force as per Section 12.1) and non-creditable against any other payments due hereunder.
Signature Fee. By no later than the date which is the later of (a) ten (10) Business Days after the Effective Date and (b) October 1, 2019, Grünenthal shall pay to MSB $15,000,000 (fifteen million Dollars) (the “Signature Fee”). As at the Amendment and Restatement Date, MSB hereby confirms that it received payment of the Signature Fee in accordance with this Section 9.1.1.
Signature Fee. Within five (5) Business Days of the execution of this Agreement, Anebulo shall pay to Vernalis a non-refundable signature fee of one hundred and fifty thousand USD ($150,000).
Signature Fee. On the Original Execution Date, Licensee made a non-refundable, non-creditable payment of Fifteen Million U.S. Dollars ($15,000,000) of which (a) $5,000,000 was allocable to reimbursement of costs to be incurred by Licensor in performing the pre-clinical studies referred to in Section 3.3.1 and (b) the balance compensated Licensor partially for all costs incurred to research and develop the Licensed Product prior to the Original Execution Date.
Signature Fee. In consideration of the obligations of Columbia under Clauses 2.4 and 2.5 and in partial consideration of the rights assigned hereunder under Clause 2.6 Ardana shall pay Columbia a non-refundable signature fee of two million dollars (US$2,000,000) upon execution of this Agreement or subsequent date agreed upon.
Signature Fee. Within fifteen (15) days of the Effective Date of the Research License Agreement, Oragenics paid Inspirevax the one lump sum payment of [***] as a signature fee thereunder. Within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date of this Agreement, Oragenics will pay Inspirevax one lump sum payment of [***] as a signature fee hereunder, failing which this Agreement will be null and void, ab initio.
