Signature and Notarization Clause Samples
The Signature and Notarization clause establishes the requirement that parties must formally sign the agreement, and in some cases, have their signatures notarized to verify authenticity. Typically, this means each party signs the document in the presence of a notary public, who then certifies the signatures and may affix an official seal. This process ensures that the identities of the signatories are confirmed and that the agreement is legally binding, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over the validity of the contract.
