Programming shall focus on increasing life skills, school performance, and/or job readiness related to agriculture, health and wellness, job training, and/or advocacy and encourage youth participation in county-wide or area youth collaboratives.\n3. Contractor shall utilize a minimum of 50% of total funds awarded to provide monthly stipends or incentives to youth actively participating in program.\n4. Contractor shall facilitate youth access to a continuum of culturally responsive and integrated health and wellness services and connect youth to resources to support their health and socio-emotional needs.\n5. Contractor shall conduct satisfaction and evaluation surveys from youth participating in program.\n1.
