Common use of Signaling Clause in Contracts

To the extent that networks involved in transit traffic deliver calls with CCIS and the appropriate Transactional Capabilities Application Part (“TCAP”) message, CBT will deliver such information to the terminating third-party LEC or CMRS provider.
