SIGA definition

SIGA means the traditional small scale method of burning of wastes resulting from cleaning the backyard such as fallen leaves, twigs, stems, and other similar matter from plants and trees in the backyard where the burning is done;
SIGA means Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority.

  • In making the prizes available, BCLC and SIGA make no representations or warranties whatsoever, either expressed or implied, oral or written.

  • In order to receive a Prize, the Prize Winner must satisfy BCLC, or SIGA in conjunction with BCLC, that the Prize Winner is entitled to receive a Prize in this contest, correctly answer a time-limited skill- testing question, present government-issued photo identification that matches the name of the Prize Winner, and agree to such representations, releases, waivers and indemnities as BCLC or SIGA in conjunction with BCLC may require.

  • All decisions of BCLC, or SIGA in conjunction with BCLC, are final and binding.

  • If BCLC or SIGA in conjunction with BCLC, is unable to determine whether the Drawn Entrant is a Qualified Entrant, then the Drawn Entrant will be disqualified and a Reserve Drawn Entrant will replace the Drawn Entrant and, if qualified, become a Prize Winner.

  • BCLC and SIGA are not responsible for commencing, continuing or completing any event or awarding prizes in the event of circumstances beyond BCLC or SIGA’s control.
