Sidewalk Repair Sample Clauses

The Sidewalk Repair clause establishes the responsibility for maintaining and repairing sidewalks adjacent to a property. Typically, it specifies whether the property owner, tenant, or another party must address any damage or deterioration to the sidewalk, and may outline standards for repair and timelines for completion.
