Common use of Sick Leave Notification Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Notification. Nurses shall notify the Employer at least one and one-half (1-1/2) hours in advance of the nurse’s scheduled shift if the nurse is unable to report for duty as scheduled. XXXXX HOSPITAL SIXTEEN (16) HOUR WEEKEND SHIFT SCHEDULE In accordance with Section 7.3 of the Agreement between the Hospital and the Union, nurses may, on an individual basis, agree to work a sixteen (16) hour weekend shift schedule with the consent of the Employer. All existing contractual provisions shall apply unless otherwise provided for herein.

XXXXX HOSPITAL SIXTEEN ADDENDUM TWELVE (1612) HOUR WEEKEND SHIFT SCHEDULE In accordance with Section 7.3 Article 8.6 of the Agreement between the Hospital Medical Center and the Union, nurses may, on an individual basis, agree to work a sixteen twelve (1612) hour weekend shift schedule with the consent of the Employer. All existing contractual provisions shall apply unless otherwise provided for herein.

All existing contractual provisions shall apply unless otherwise provided for herein.
