Sick Leave Charges. An employee utilizing sick leave shall be charged for only the number of hours he/she was scheduled to work during the period of his/her sick leave. In no instance shall sick leave be granted for periods of less than one-fourth (1/4) hour, except to permit utilization of lesser fractions that have been accrued.
