Common use of Sick Leave Bonus Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Bonus. 1. Any teacher who has accumulated at least one hundred twenty (120) days of sick leave at the end of the final year of service with the School Corporation and is considered vested under the plan documents shall have the sum of two thousand dollars ($2,000) added to the compensation owed under the final teaching contract.
