Sick Bank Committee. The Sick Bank committee shall be composed of three (3) teachers to be selected in any manner determined by the TEA and two (2) administrators to be selected by the Board. They shall hold membership on the committee for such terms as the TEA may determine. Any application approval by the Committee shall be by a majority vote of the entire Committee.
Sick Bank Committee. The sick leave bank shall be administered by a District committee comprised of four (4) Association representatives (one from each school building), the Superintendent/designee, and two (2) building administrators.
Sick Bank Committee. 1. A committee shall be formed to administer the Bank and to provide the information whereby the Perry Township Education Center Business Office will keep the records. This committee shall be empowered to adopt rules and regulations and to make decisions required to administer the Bank, so long as those rules, regulations, and decisions do not modify the Agreement named herein. This committee will be titled the “Sick Bank Committee” (heretofore and hereinafter referred to as the SBC). The SBC shall be composed of the following five (5) persons:

The Sick Bank Committee shall be composed of four bargaining unit employees to be selected in any manner determined by the TESA/MEA/NEA and one administrator to be selected by the Board. The TESA/MEA/NEA representatives shall hold membership on the committee for such terms as determined by the Association. Any application approval by the committee shall be by a majority vote of the entire committee.
Sick Bank Committee. 1. A seven-member committee will be established yearly. This committee shall administer the sick leave bank.
Sick Bank Committee. The Sick Bank Committee shall be composed of two (2) Association Representatives appointed by the Association Executive Board of Directors. The Master Sick Bank shall be approved/denied by the committee, shall be by a majority vote of the entire committee.
Sick Bank Committee. The Sick Bank Committee shall be composed of two (2) teachers to be selected in any manner determined by the Association and the Assistant Superintendent for Administrative Services. The names of the teachers selected for the Committee shall be forwarded to the Assistant Superintendent for Administrative Services by October 1 of each year. Any application approval by the Committee shall be by a majority vote of the entire Committee. All applications and their disposition shall be forwarded to the Assistant Superintendent for Administrative Services and the Association President . Decisions of the Committee are final and not arbitrable.
Sick Bank Committee. C. Decisions regarding requests for withdrawals of days from the Sick Bank will be made by a majority (3) of the members of the Sick Bank Committee with in two (2) school days of the receipt by the committee of the Request for Sick Bank Withdrawal form.
