Shrinkwrap Agreement. The User acknowledges and confirms that he/she understands that this Agreement is of the “shrinkwrap” kind and that he/she fully understands the implications and consequences thereof and confirms and understands that a binding agreement comes into force upon activation by the User of his/her Product and subsequent use of the Product.
