Short Term Sick Leave. a) It is understood that the Employer may at any time substitute another carrier for any plan provided the benefits conferred thereby are not decreased. All benefit plans coverage’s, terms, conditions, and specific eligibility requirements shall be governed by the actual terms and conditions of the benefit plans as amended from time to time. Any descriptions in this Agreement are provided for the purpose of general information.
