Short Term Rentals. No Lot may be leased on a nightly or monthly basis, or for transient or hotel purposes including home exchange, swap or via Airbnb, VRBO or their functional equivalent. Not less than the entire Lot may be leased. If a lease is voluntarily terminated within 180 days of commencement, the Lot may not be leased for 180 days after the date of termination.
Short Term Rentals. Units rented in periods of less than one month. UNIT – a rental dwelling in the Project, except that in the case of a single-room occupancy only Project, a rooming house or a group home, a “Unit” shall be a bedroom rented in the Project.

Short Term Rentals. Residents are prohibited from offering all or part of the Premises for short-term rental, such as through Airbnb, VRBO or other such sites. Offering the Premises for short-term rental includes (i) advertising and (ii) any and all other activities involved in locating short-term renters and or disseminating information regarding the possible availability of the Premises for rental by short-term or transient occupants on sites such as Expedia, Priceline, xxxxxx.xxx, xxxxxxx.xxx, Airbnb or other similar locator websites, or web-based, electronic media, or private websites for individuals or companies. Allowing any person who is not an approved resident to occupy any portion of the Premises for any period of time whatsoever, for any compensation or consideration whatsoever (including, without limitation, the payment of money and/or trade and/or barter of other goods, services, or property occupancy rights) shall constitute an attempted subletting or assignment under this Agreement, and Landlord shall be entitled to declare the Lease in default and exercise any other remedies available to Landlord under the Lease, at law or in equity, including terminating Resident’s right of occupancy.
Short Term Rentals. Tenants are not authorized to operate their vessels for the purpose of a short term rental, which includes, but is not limited to, Airbnb, VRBO, VACASA, or other rentals booked through virtual or other means, for overnight stays, while docked at the St. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx. Tenants caught violating this policy will have their lease terminated immediately and shall depart the marina without any prior notice.
Short Term Rentals. A. The Owners agree that the Property Manager shall make the Property available for short term rentals via the Short Term Rental Sites during periods the Property is not being used by an Owner
Short Term Rentals. Tenant shall pay 1.25% of the gross revenue from the portions of the Premises having a primary use as short term rentals (periods of less than six months including renewals) of space in any senior housing or other residential use facility on the Premises during the prior calendar year.
