Short-Term Parking. During the Covenant Period, at least four hundred fifty (450) parking spaces in the Property shall be offered only for the purpose of Short-Term Parking at rates not to exceed the appropriate Parking Rate.
Short-Term Parking. A total of twenty two (22) spaces are located within the short term parking identified on Exhibit B as “Short Term Parking on-Grade-22 Spaces”.
