Common use of Short Form Lease Clause in Contracts

Short Form Lease. The parties agree to execute a short form Memorandum of Lease in the form of Exhibit “C” attached hereto for recording containing the names of the parties, a description of the Premises, the Term of the Lease and such other provisions as the parties may deem appropriate.

Short Form Lease. The parties agree to execute a short form Memorandum of Lease in the form of Exhibit “CB” attached hereto for recording containing the names of the parties, a description of the Premises, the Term of the Lease and such other provisions as the parties may deem appropriate.

Short Form Lease. The parties agree to execute a short form Memorandum of Lease in the form of Exhibit “C” "D" attached hereto for recording containing the names of the parties, a description of the Premises, the Term of the Lease and such other provisions as the parties may deem appropriate.
