Short Codes. The Parties agree to implement the short codes as detailed in the other Party's Annex I2.2. The agreement on the implementation is only valid after the VPMN operator has confirmed the short code numbers and the implementation date in written form.

Short Codes. 3.7.1 ZIM shall provide the Client with one or more Short Codes to be used by End Users to transmit Information Requests and for Client to transmit Information Services. Initially, ZIM shall provide Client a shared Short Code, which will be reserved for Client's sole use. Any key words associated with Client's shared Short Code shall be for the exclusive use of Client. In the event Client's volume of Information Services is not substantial, ZIM may assign others to share the Short Code reserved for Client, but only upon providing Client thirty (30) days prior written notice. In such event and upon Client's request, ZIM shall reserve a dedicated and dynamic Short Code for Client. Short Codes may comprise an entire UK Operator mobile telephone number. The purpose of the Short Code if for Zim to provide billing and collection services on Client's behalf as stated in Clause 2.
Short Codes. If Customer uses a short code as a part of the Talkdesk Services, (a) Customer will not change its short code use case (such as a campaign) approved by the telecommunications providers without first working with Talkdesk to have the new short code use case approved by such telecommunications providers; (b) Customer will stop sending additional messages to any party that replies by texting “STOP” (or the equivalent) to the short code, except for sending a single text message confirming that such party has been successfully opted out of the short code; and (c) Customer will follow all applicable telecommunications provider rules with respect to the use of short codes, including, without limitation, telecommunications provider rules with respect to ensuring that each of your recipients knowingly and explicitly opts in to receive messages from the short code prior to receiving any such messages. Customer agrees that each Short Code Application is subject to approval from the applicable telecommunications provider. Talkdesk has no control over the telecommunications provider approval process for short codes and will bear no liability if a Short Code Application is rejected by a telecommunications provider. Furthermore, if a telecommunications provider rejects a Short Code Application, Talkdesk has no obligation to refund any short code-related fees paid by Customer to Talkdesk prior to the telecommunications provider’s rejection of the Short Code Application.
Short Codes. ELEPHANT TALK will be able to handle voice calls to short codes. For geographical short numbers, the Host MNO will deliver the call to ELEPHANT TALK with the translated long number as B number According to Spanish regulation, calls to certain short numbers must not appear in the xxxx (i.e. 016)
Short Codes. The Company is the owner of the short codes used in connection with its business set forth in Schedule 6.12. The Company is not currently and has not previously been in violation of any applicable law, regulation, edict, order or guidelines of any applicable governmental authority, nor to its knowledge has it violated the privacy or other rights of any third party, in its past or present use in any manner of the short codes. Company acknowledges and agrees that T-Mobile has no control over the Short Codes issued by CTIA and that T-Mobile does not warrant that any particular Short Code will be available from CTIA for use.

Short Codes. This service may include, at Client’s option, Short Code management which consists of applying for a Short Code (the 5 or 6 digit code leased from Neustar for all SMS and PSMS programs “Short Code”) on behalf of Client and, ultimately, procuring a Short Code from Neustar. 3Ci shall handle all billing for the Short Code with the Common Short Code Administration (CSCA) and invoice Client for all Short Code charges. Client’s name and contact information shall be listed with the CSCA as the Program Owner (the entity which owns the Program and content). 3Ci shall invoice Client quarterly and thereafter monthly, in advance, for each Shortcode in accordance with the SwitchBlade Fee Schedule below. The initial shortcode fee shall be billed, in advance, in an amount equal to three (3) months (the first quarter). Subsequent Shortcode fees shall be billed monthly, in advance, such that 3Ci has billed and/or collected an amount sufficient to pay the next quarterly Shortcode payment when due. Depending on the timing of the 3Ci quarterly payments, Client’s monthly Shortcode billing may commence in the monthly period following the initial quarterly invoice. Support Services. 3Ci support includes the following additional on-going mobile support services (as applicable):
Short Codes. Short Codes used to deliver the Services for a Project may be obtained by TrueDialog on Customer’s behalf from the CTIA or its Short Code administrator, if requested by Customer pursuant to the applicable Order Form. If TrueDialog agrees to provide Customer with access to a Short Code that is shared with other TrueDialog customers, Customer acknowledges that there is a probability that multiple Subscribers could be receiving messages or opting-in to multiple keywords within that Short Code. Customer acknowledges that the shared Short Codes used to deliver Projects remain at all times the property of TrueDialog and are subject to the applicable terms and conditions imposed by the entity authorized to administer such Short Codes.

  • Whistleblower Protections and Trade Secrets Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, nothing in this Agreement prohibits Executive from reporting possible violations of federal law or regulation to any United States governmental agency or entity in accordance with the provisions of and rules promulgated under Section 21F of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or Section 806 of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002, or any other whistleblower protection provisions of state or federal law or regulation (including the right to receive an award for information provided to any such government agencies). Furthermore, in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 1833, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement: (i) Executive shall not be in breach of this Agreement, and shall not be held criminally or civilly liable under any federal or state trade secret law (x) for the disclosure of a trade secret that is made in confidence to a federal, state, or local government official or to an attorney solely for the purpose of reporting or investigating a suspected violation of law, or (y) for the disclosure of a trade secret that is made in a complaint or other document filed in a lawsuit or other proceeding, if such filing is made under seal; and (ii) if Executive files a lawsuit for retaliation by the Company for reporting a suspected violation of law, Executive may disclose the trade secret to Executive’s attorney, and may use the trade secret information in the court proceeding, if Executive files any document containing the trade secret under seal, and does not disclose the trade secret, except pursuant to court order.

  • Transparency and Freedom of Information 15.1 The Contractor acknowledges that the Authority is subject to the requirements of FOISA and the Environmental Information Regulations. The Contractor shall:

  • Malicious Code You understand and agree that you will be responsible for the introduction (by you, your employees, agents, or representatives) into the Services, whether intentional or unintentional, of (i) any virus or other code, program, or sub-program that damages or interferes with the operation of the computer system containing the code, program or sub-program, or halts, disables, or interferes with the operation of the Services themselves; or (ii) any device, method, or token whose knowing or intended purpose is to permit any person to circumvent the normal security of the Services or the system containing the software code for the Services (Malicious Code). You agree to take all necessary actions and precautions to prevent the introduction and proliferation of any Malicious Code into those systems that interact with the Services.
