Common use of Shopping Clause in Contracts

Shopping. (a) Goods estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, and (b) works estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

Shopping. (a) Goods estimated to cost less than $50,000 30,000 equivalent per contract, ; and (b) works estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of ShoppingShopping in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.5 of the Procurement Guidelines.

Shopping. (a) Goods estimated to cost less than $50,000 2,000 equivalent per contract, ; and (b) works (other than those works under Annual Departmental Road Rehabilitation and Maintenance Subprojects) estimated to cost less than $50,000 10,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

Shopping. (a) Goods Works estimated to cost less that $150,000 per contract; and (b) goods estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, and (b) works estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

Shopping. (a) Goods estimated to cost Works costing less than $50,000 200,000 equivalent per contract, contract and (b) works estimated to cost goods costing less than $50,000 100,000 equivalent per contract, contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

Shopping. (a) Goods estimated to cost less than $50,000 100,000 equivalent per contract, and ; and (b) works estimated to cost less than $50,000 500,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

Shopping. (a) Goods estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, ; and (b) works Non-Consultant Services estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.
