Common use of Shopping Clause in Contracts

Shopping. Goods and Non-Consultants’ Services estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract and works estimated to cost less than $150,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

Shopping. Goods and Non-Consultants’ Services estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract and works contract, services (other than consultants’ services) estimated to cost less than $150,000 1,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shoppingshopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.5 of the Guidelines.
