Common use of SHOP XXXXXXX Clause in Contracts

SHOP XXXXXXX. The Company shall recognize a Shop Xxxxxxx as appointed by the Union and/or elected by the Employees at each shooting place and/or workplace. Any person so appointed and/or elected shall have the complete cooperation of the Company in the reasonable performance of his duties to inspect all working conditions affecting the terms of this Agreement.
