Common use of Shop Steward Clause in Contracts

Shop Steward. A. The Union shall have the right to ap­ point a Shop Xxxxxxx in each store, whose duties shall be to report any irregularities to the Union Office. In no instance shall the Shop Xxxxxxx be discriminated against for discharg­ ing such duties, provided such duties do not interfere with the regular performance of his work for the Employer.
