Common use of SHOP COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

SHOP COMMITTEE. The Shop Committee, composed of four (4) members from the employee work force, and management representatives, shall hold regular meetings on a bimonthly basis. It shall be the responsi­bility of the Shop Committee to submit a written agenda of each subject it wishes to discuss with the Company no less than forty-eight (48) hours before the day of any such meeting. Only three (3) employees in any one group at any one time shall be a member of the Commit­tee.
