SHIPPING TOLERANCE Sample Clauses

A Shipping Tolerance clause defines the permissible variation in the quantity of goods shipped compared to the amount specified in the contract. Typically, this clause allows the seller to deliver slightly more or less than the agreed quantity, often within a set percentage range, such as plus or minus 5%. This flexibility accommodates practical issues in measurement or packaging and helps prevent disputes over minor discrepancies, ensuring smoother fulfillment and acceptance of shipments.
